Now in his 31st year in the business, Terry has sold well over $1 Billion worth of commercial properties. Terry represents numerous developers of NNN Leased properties, as well as many investors in 1031 Exchanges. Terry has represented some of the largest developers of Net Leased (NNN) properties in the U.S., as well as numerous high net worth investors. Many of his clients are "1031" buyers and therefore are motivated to pay strong market prices and to close deals.
He also represents several tenants in direct sale-leaseback transactions and has brokered scores of deals directly with tenants & investors in 1031 Exchanges.
