Now in his 30th year in the business, Terry has sold well over $1 Billion worth of commercial properties. Twenty five years ago, Terry began specializing in Single Tenant (NNN) Net Leased Investments and 1031 Exchanges. Terry represents numerous developers of NNN Leased properties, as well as many investors in 1031 Exchanges. His investors rely on him to search for Net Leased properties, long term leased to credit tenants. Terry has represented some of the largest developers of Net Leased (NNN) properties in the U.S., as well as numerous high net worth investors. Many of his clients are "1031" buyers and therefore are motivated to pay strong market prices and to close deals.
He also represents several tenants in direct sale-leaseback transactions and has brokered scores of deals directly with tenants & investors in 1031 Exchanges.
Terry recently closed the sale of a portfolio of CVS stores, several Walgreens stores as well as numerous restaurant properties.
